Frank Rogers holds a B.A. in Literature and a M.L.M from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is currently studying children's literature in the Department of Language Education at the University of Georgia in Athens. He is the Library Media Specialist and the 2002-2003 Teacher of the Year at Wynbrooke Traditional Theme School, an elementary school in the DeKalb County School System. Frank Rogers is a member of The American Library Association (ALA), the American Association of School Librarians (AASL), the Georgia Library Association (GLA), and the Georgia Library Media Association, Inc.(GLMA).
